Although a knife would be better than scissors, i didn't think of that until i scanned the picture in.
I wasn't sure what category to submit this in, cause it's not really mixed media or a collage, so miscellaneous it is!
The original is a lot shinier.
At first I was just going to draw a normal heart like this -> :heart:
but that wouldn't look as good as a proper human heart. I used an encyclopedia as a guide.
...took me a couple minutes.

Acrylic paint on red corrugated cardboard . Scissors made out of shiny silver corrugated cardboard . Sharpie for the outline
